The Unmind Index is a scientifically validated psychological measure developed by Unmind in collaboration with the Psychometrics Centre at the University of Cambridge.
It assesses an individual’s mental health and well-being through a 26-item, 7-subscale measure. The Unmind Index covers a wide range of areas, including stress, sleep, relationships, mood, and more, allowing individuals to gain a deeper understanding of their mental health and well-being.
It is designed to be used on the Unmind digital workplace mental health platform, which provides a safe and confidential space for employees to monitor and improve their mental health.
