Back pain
Back pain is one of the most common medical problems, affecting many individuals at some point. Back pain can be acute, often caused by lifting heavy objects or an abrupt movement, and usually lasts a few days to weeks. Chronic back pain persists for longer than three months. It can result from poor posture, prolonged sitting, lack of regular exercise, a previous injury, or underlying health conditions such as arthritis or spinal issues. Treatment modalities for back pain depend on the cause and intensity but often include a combination of physical therapy, exercise, pain relief medication, and, in some cases, surgery. Preventative measures like maintaining good posture, regular physical activity, and ergonomically designed workspaces can effectively reduce the risk of developing back pain.
