The cerebellum (coordinates muscle movements and maintains posture and balance). The brainstem (controls essential life functions like breathing, heartbeat, and blood pressure). Protected within the skull and cushioned by cerebrospinal fluid, the brain’s intricate network of neurons and synapses makes it capable of astonishing computation, creativity, and adaptation, rendering it one of the most incredible and complex biological structures.
