Optical projection tomography used to generate 3D model of beta cells to better understand pancreatic lesions in Diabetics
Researchers at the UmeĆ„ Center for Molecular Medicine have created the first 3D spatial visualization of an obese mouse pancreas showing the distribution dynamics of insulin-producing beta cells.
